We are the Upsilon Tau Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta at the University of Toledo pictured above with the lovely ladies of the Xi Delta Chapter of Chi Omega .
History:
On a cool spring night in 1848, six men came together at the Jefferson
College in Canonsburg, PA to form the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta.
These six men long enjoyed a friendship that would eventually lead to
a Brotherhood. The year of 1848, thus began the great tradition and
the form of excellence that Phi Gamma Delta pursues. This tradition
and excellence is also bestowed upon its members.
Mission Statement:
Our goal is to promote lifelong friendships, to reaffirm
high ethical standards and values, and to foster personal development in
the pursuit of excellence.
